Since 2007, MOPO® has become a professional manufacturer of sanitary wares after devoting to the industry for so many years and has gradually developed into a top brand based in China. We are capable of producing Bidet Toilets, One-piece Toilets, Two-piece Toilets, Ceramic Basins, Urinals, Vanities, Bathtubs, Faucets and Taps, Shower Sets, Sinks, and so on.

MOPO® has two production bases, one is located in Chaozhou City and the other in Kaiping City. Chaozhou factory produces all of the ceramic wares including toilets, basins, bathtubs, and vanity cabinets, while the Kaiping factory works on metal items like faucets, taps, show combos, and sinks. In both factories, we have advanced production lines including the automatic molding line, computerized shuttle kilns, glazing robots, automatic packing equipment, etc.

Owing to our sophisticated technology and strict QC system, our products are certified with CE, SGS, WATERMARK, and CUPC.

QUALITY CONTROL
Relying on the principle of sophisticated equipment and the complicated system of the production process, every single product out of MOPO®, from the very beginning to the delivery, needs to go through quite many QC steps in the whole process of production, to make sure the zero defect.
We have inspections on the raw materials, in-process QC, random QC, and finished product QC, under a very strict standard system.

01-Raw Materials

We only work with qualified suppliers, some of them even work with us for more than 10 years. The only reason we choose a supplier is stable quality other than price, and our QC team will do random checking to each batch of raw materials strictly.

02-Dedicated QC team

Consists of 5 professional technicians who are in charge of checking raw materials, in-process QC during production and final QC before packaging.

03-In-process QC

Our QC team is active in all production processes every day, which includes the process of molding, drying, rough finishing, glazing, firing, fine finishing.

04-Final QC

The last but not the least, we insist on the final QC inspection on all detailed parts of the finished products to ensure the uniform color and shape, even and smooth glazing finish, up-to-standard physical properties.

05-Quality Standard

All of our delivered toilets must pass the standard of ISO90000 International Quality System and in accordance with the testing standards of CE, cUPC, WaterMark, Saber certification.
